Dispatch Times

If orders are placed online and paid for before 4pm on a weekday, they are normally dispatched the sameday. Goods purchased at weekends are dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery Schedules

Most of our deliveries are made using Royal Mail letter post for domestic orders or Airmail for overseas orders.

All items sent by post are insured to the value of £39 against loss and damage. Overseas customers please note; The delivery times stated for overseas destinations are estimates as provided by Royal Mail. Deliveries to some destinations may take longer due to local customs clearance and local postal services etc. Unfortunately we cannot provide tracking on items delivered by Royal Mail.

Heavy or Valuable Items

Items which are either bulky or weigh more than 2kg or have a high value will usually be sent by courier. These types of deliveries typically take 24-48 hours and require a signature on delivery. Online tracking and insurance cover is provided.

Lost or Failed Deliveries

We are unable to offer tracking or insurance on deliveries made using Royal Mail, but will honour claims for lost items. We request that customers allow a full 15 days from the date of dispatch (28 days for overseas customers), before making a claim for a lost order. We are unable to consider claims any earlier than this for orders dispatched by Royal Mail.

For courier deliveries the procedure is different as deliveries made this way can be tracked. We recommend you contact the courier in the first instance or use the online tracking facility to find out the status and whereabouts of your parcel.
