These are our terms and conditions of business which apply to all our sales made through our website or our eBay listings. By bidding on, or buying any of our items listed on eBay or on our website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

1. General

1.1 The products we sell are described accurately to the best of our ability, however we are not responsible for any errors or omissions.
1.2 We make no claims regarding the suitability or reliability of products for their intended purposes.
1.3 Products purchased through our partner sites are subject to separate terms and conditions of sale with the relevant partner site.

2. Payment

2.1 Buyers are required to make payment for items within 7 working days.
2.2 Where payment cannot be made within 7 days for whatever reason, contact must be made.
2.3 Unless otherwise arranged, payment must be made online using a credit or debit card, by personal cheque or by BACS bank transfer.
2.4 Under no circumstances will we take cash payment or allow callers in person to collect goods.

3. Delivery

3.1 We make no guarantees on delivery schedules. Delivery times stated are estimations only. Actual delivery times may vary.
3.2 Unless otherwise stated, any liability to us for lost or damaged items will be limited to the standard insurance limit set by the relevant carriers.
3.3 We reserve the right to offer a replacement or refund on lost or damaged items, at our discretion.

4. Warranties

4.1 With the exception of graded stock and second user goods, any item found to be faulty or defective may be returned within 7 days for a refund.
4.2 Unless an item is sold as new and is backed by manufacturers warranty, no warranty shall be given or implied by us on any items sold.

5. Returns

5.1 Items may only be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
5.2 Under no circumstances will we permit customers to return items in person.
5.3 Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We can arrange courier collection of larger items but there will be a charge of £6.
5.5 Where an item sold is within a warranty provided by ourselves, we will cover the courier collection charge.
5.6 Items returned which are found to be not faulty or defective, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund.
